William Jefferson Clinton or Bill Clinton was born on August 16, 1946 in Hope, Arkansas. Bill Clinton was the 42nd president of United States from January 20, 1993 to January 20, 2001. He is married to former senator representing New York in the United States Congress, former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton and now, the leading Democratic Party presidential candidate. Prior to his presidency, he served as governor of Arkansas from 1979-1981 and 1983-1992. Clinton was the first president from New Democrat since Franklin D. Roosevelt that served the Unites States twice. During his reign, American people relish peace and economic prosperity bigger that others period in US history.
Clinton’s leadership behavior used the level three leadership. Level Three Leadership skill is the alchemy a successful and dynamic leader must possess to be able to influence a broad spectrum of individuals. The conventional wisdom towards the early managerial style which closely aligned with the industrial revolution maintained a system of “the boss know the best”. There are four kind of behavior account for leadership effectiveness that Bill Clinton has, they are:
  1.  Supporting others.
  2.  Operating with a strong results orientation.
  3.  Seeking different perspectives.
  4.  Solving problems effectively.
