intimidate the followers by giving some punishment if the followers don’t want
to obey or do what the leader wants.
4.
Liazez
Faire: leaders who apply this kind of
style practically don’t direct, they let the followers and everyone do what they
want. Leaders don’t participate in every activities conducted in the
organization. Every tasks, jobs and responsibility must be done by the
followers themselves. This kind of leaders is just like a symbol, and usually
doesn’t have any technical skills. They don’t have charismatic and usually
cannot control the followers. They don’t do the coordination and cannot make a
cooperative situation at work.
5.
Democracy:
this leadership style orientated on human and give direction that enable the
followers to organize their jobs/tasks/responsibility effectively. There is a work
coordination applied for all the followers emphasized on internal
responsibility.
6.
Authoritarian:
this leadership style is selfish, the leaders have an enormous egoism that
encourage them to distort facts and reality. The authoritarian leaders mostly
used an extreme top-down decision making style.
